    BOOKING POLICY

    Last-minute cancellations, changes and no-shows have a significant impact on our small business.

     

    Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any adjustment. Cancellations or missed appointments within this period will incur the full appointment fee.

    Late changes affect our ability to manage time, prepare effectively and offer appointments to other clients. We appreciate your support in respecting allocated time slots, setting reminders (we also send reminders) and communicating changes in advance.
